Send a messageNo, at Guestify, we believe that freedom is very valuable, which is why there is no long-term contract with the service, and we do not charge fees or monthly payments. We only earn when you earn money, so if you decide not to rent your property for whatever reason and for however long, there is no penalty or fee.
Payments are made during the first week of the month for the total reservations from the previous month minus the Guestify service fee.
Getting started is very simple and quick. Click the 'register' button, fill out the form, and an operator will contact you for your registration.
At Guestify, we only accept reservations from tenants who meet the conditions we agree upon with the property owners. Additionally, we have Airbnb insurance, and we may also request a security deposit or bond from the guest for added peace of mind and security.
